For B.Com you can apply without maths but for honors you must have maths. Also, every university/institute has its own criteria. In some university for B.Com honors maths is required and in some university for B.Com honors you should have economics or maths or finance or commerce etc.

Yes, 60% marks is the eligibility criteria for getting admission in B.Com (Hons) at Shri Shikshayatan.
As you have scored 86% in class 12th, you will get a seat here.

Yes, you can get admission in B.Com honors at St. Xavier's College kolkata. You have a very good score in board. So, you will find a seat in the first round of the counseling itself.

Dear Ayush,
Without clearing all the subjects in the previous exams you can't take admissions for any courses in the future. It is mandatory to complete all the subjects in order to get admitted in any college. I would suggest you to start preparing on failed paper so you can clear that successfully. In future BCA will still have maths a subject to cope up with and for the score you have acquired in computers is great. You can make a career in computer applications given you clear the maths paper and is very passionate towards the course.
