(Pass) in Home Science / B.Sc (Hons.) in Food Technology: after (10+2)/ PGDDPHN (1 yr), from Delhi University or any other University whose Examination is recognized by the University of Delhi as equivalent and fulfill other conditions of eligibility. Eligibility:
Graduation
Mandatory Courses: B.Sc. (Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Physics, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology )
Candidate who have completed B.Sc. (Family and Community Sciences) with specialization in Nutrition are also eligible for admission.
Or
B.Sc. (Vocational) with specialization in Food Science and Quality control or Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics or Food Science and Technology or B.Tech. Food Science and Technology are also eligible for admission.
Final Selection
Candidates are selected based on performance in and marks obtained in graduation.

The top reputed colleges or Universities includes Mysore University, University of Mumbai, Madhya Pradesh Bhoj open University, Nalanda University and Kurukshetra University. M.Ed correspondence course from Indira Gandhi National Open University is also considered of repute. Thanks!

Both are same. However, in recent NIRF ranking Mizoram University has good rank than Burdwan University. However, Burdwan is an old university so peoples prefer. But, from my view Mizoram is better, as it is a central university plus JEE rank is high out here.
