No, as far as I know the basic criteria is B.Sc Physics Honours.
However, you can try other colleges across India including IIT, NIT, IISC. You need to qualify JAM only.

Hi Abhijit,
Your percentage must be minimum 45% for taking admission in BBA, for Big and Reputed colleges you must have to score at least 80%.

You should give first JEE Mains & then JEE Advanced to qualify with good marks. Mainly, criteria of eligibility for JEE Main is that open category students at least need 75% score in board exams. Also, OBC category students must have obtained 65-69% marks in board exam. So check with your eligibility firstly. Best wishes for me.

Work experience is never counted as a step up for education courses. The work experience will help you to understand the MBA course better than any regular student who do not have work experience.
