There is a need of a minimum marks to apply for the course. But at this moment I can't say the cut off marks on the merit list. As you know it fully depends on the marks of the applicants. The more you score the chance of getting your name on the merit list increases. As long as my knowledge says the 95% will be a good score.
I will suggest you to visit the following link to know more and also check the merit list when it's out. You can get an idea of the cut off.

The eligibility criteria for this course clearly says that one needs marks of Biology/Biotech, Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics to calculate the aggregate. All 4 of them.

As long as I know CA is an undergraduate course. So, you don't need B.Com degree to be eligible for that.
And also, you just have to pass 10+2 to sit for the CA CPT exam.
