You can directly apply to the college for admission in distance course in BA in mass communication and journalism. There is no admission or eligibility criteria as such except the fact that you should have completed your 10+2 from a recognized board of education with at least 45% marks.

The admission process will start after the completion of the entrance exams in May. The JEE Advanced exam is on 20th May whereas the JEE Mains is on 15th and 16th April.

I would recommend you to contact your assigned nodal officer as soon as possible or if you fail to contact the person in charge then visit one of the NIFT center and contact the authorities instead. Do carry all your necessary documents.
