Yes, Techno takes admission through management quota in CE. Go to the admission cell and talk with them.

Nope, you should have scored more above 500. But, no need to worry more. Apart from MBBS, there are several other branches like BAMS, BDS, etc. You may get a seat here.

I m not sure it is completely dependent upon the seats that are left. Government colleges are the best. But I think you should not take a risk and go for Shyambazzar college.

Monthly it's Rs 200.
They will take nearly Rs 4000 when you first take admission.
The numbers may slightly vary because I took admission 3 years back.
