The list of required documents for ISB&M COC application process is:
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet
- Mirgration Certificate
- Charachter Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- MH CET/ CUET scorecard
- Caste Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Photograph (only JPG, JPEG, PNG, max size: 50 KB)

If you are in class 11th currently with Arts and want to change to Commerce in class 12th then your first step is to check if your school has any policy on stream changes.
Some schools can allow it if you show them a strong interest and willingness to catch up on Commerce subjects like Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics, which build on class 11th concepts.
