Basic eligibility requirements for a BCA course:
Aspirant must have passed 10+2 from any stream with English as passing subject with minimum 45%-55% marks in aggregate ( The pass percentage might vary from college to college)
While some colleges/universities admit aspirants on merit basis, the others admit students on the basis of personal interview and written examination.

You can choose any of them. Both will direct you to go for IIMs and also civil services, for that you should have to take a Bachelor's degree and then next take CAT and civil services. By taking Science, you could go for engineering, B.Sc. etc. , and if you go for Commerce, you could go for CA CMA, B.Com MBA etc.

Hi Shivani, American universities are very flexible, so there could be a chance. It depends on your overall profile, how good your skills are and how you demonstrate your interest. You must have a good score in SAT must show some good computing skills etc. Write to the universities, the admission team will guide you according to your profile. You can also select your major later, apply with undecided major first, and select your major in the second year onwards. Again, this will depend on how good your skills and aptitude are.

Unfortunately, no you can't. Not only in Germany, but 45% is not quite acceptable abroad. German universities again are very competitive and prefers students with more than 80%.
