SIES
These are supposed to be among the top. I have no idea about Guwahati.

That completely depends on your interest. If you love theory like history and geography, then go for arts and if you are looking forward to business and management then go for commerce.

If he is really interested in that course, then he can go for B.Com and apply for banking exams available on NET. With every exam he cracks, he gets a better position.

Which one is better among B.Com and BBA? I have passed 12th with commerce stream with 75%.

B.Com is a Bachelor's degree of commerce. It is an undergraduate degree also known as Bachelor of commerce. The Bachelor of Business Administration BBA is a Bachelor's degree in commerce, Arts and business administration. BBA is better than B.Com.

If you are really passionate about animation then you must go for it. Being from a commerce background, you have plethora of options. It totally depends upon your interest. If you don't like science, then go for commerce if you have interest in maths. Going for arts is not bad but is of no use nowadays. Only if you want to prepare for civil services, then go for arts or else commerce will be a good choice.

They are entirely different. MS Ramaiah Institute of Arts, Science and Commerce is the one you have to apply.
