What exactly do you want to know? Please elaborate a bit and make your question a bit more clear. Commerce course has multiple Bachelors degree options like B.Com (Hons) BFA etc. Please mention which course are you particularly interested in.

For pursuing B.Sc in CS/IT you need science stream in your 12th without it you are not eligible for B.Sc because B.Sc CS includes maths, computer and physics as main subjects.

Admission Eligibility
The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Phil. Programme will be at least 55% marks in the aggregate in M.Com. / MIB/ MHROD/ MFC/ MBA and other such degrees which are equivalent to the MBA degree of the University of Delhi and other Indian Universities.
