Most of the colleges admit students on the basis of merit in B.Com (Hons) course. You will have to follow the merit list produced by the various commerce colleges to see which colleges you are eligible for. You can find a list of top commerce colleges in India by referring to this link:

BCA will be a better option if you are interested to make your career in IT industry.
