You can opt for economic Honors, statistics Honors or B.Com Honors after 12th. But, you should have maths as a permanent subject and after passing 12th maths should be in top 4 percentile.

If you are a commerce student with maths then
actuaries is a course which arts students cannot do. But actuaries is not a UG degree course.
As far as I know, nowadays, people of any stream can do anything of another stream if they have the dedication.

Hello Vishal, you have obtained just another 50% marks and want to join CS. Your dream is good but only if had studied harder perhaps you could have got Admission but with these I doubt. But you must apply.
