In Delhi, few years back cutoff for a particular category of students for admission to B Com was 98%. But don't worry. These days admissions are via a common pool and it goes strictly as per merit. Hence, you have very bright chances.

You can't opt for it because for B.Sc (IT), you should have studied maths till 12th standard.

B.Sc is general course but BCA is professional course based on IT. BCA syllabus made to grab a good career in the IT field. So, BCA is the best option for today's market.

I suggest you not to pursue B.Com as it seems that your basics about commerce are not clear. Explore your interests once again and try for other subjects. You can go for BCA where you can study business subjects or you can go for BA with interesting subjects like psyc

It doesn't matter whatever you do. If you apply for higher studies such as MBA, the requirement will be any graduate with a minimum of 50%, doing general or honors, does not add any specific value. For CA also it doesn't have any weightage.
For job too, in private sector there is no specific weightag
