This is a very riskydecision as without studying sciencec n class 11 - it is difficult to score well in class 12. And if you think you are not comfortable with commerce you can think about shifting to humanities.

Yes, you can take any stream to pursue your 12th for design courses like graduation in interior pics and fine arts. But if you want to go in the field of automation, industry, product design or B.Arch then I will suggest you to take PCM and while doing 12th you can go to drawing classes and if you set your mind for specific design course then go for software classes.

Starting your career with CA, CS or with MBA is not a new thought .If you want to do something new than you can consider firstly economics (Hons.) and then you can plan these options:
Public policy
International relations
LLB
Development studies
CFA certification
Civil services
Otherwise, if you had maths in class 12th then you may plan for maths (Hons.) or statistics (Hons.) and plan for actuarial science or data analysis programme abroad.
Decide the field according to your caliber and interest.
All the best!
