Rather than pursuing any extra courses, you should actually focus on the preparation of the 11th and 12th.Or in case, you aspire to appear for any entrance exam, then prepare for that. This will be the foundation of your career, so the results will matter. You will have a lot of time to pursue additional courses ahead.

Yes, you can take admission.
The eligibility:
Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
Age: Between 14 to 25 years (3 years relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ candidates).

I am sure there should be a plenty of opportunities to work part-time after you have completed +3 commerce. You could work as a freelancer online, and prepare for your CAT exams side by side. This should ease the pressure and you will be able to devote sufficient time to your CAT preparations.

Admissions to all Diploma courses have just got closed in Maharashtra. Now you have to wait till next year. Admissions are based on marks in 10th, so you don't worry.

For government jobs, you need to take Banking exam. Once you clear Banking exam, you will get placed in banks like SBI and other reputed banks. You can also get jobs in public sector. There are many jobs in your field, but I would suggest you should try to write at least one government exam to get better experience. All the best.

If I had to go with this, I would say that completing your degree first is a better option why because once you start doing job studies hardly matters to you because you have already started working and people doing MBA want to get a good placement which you already have so, what will be the need for you to get back to studies? Once, you get a job, you gain experience which matters if a company wants to hire you then there's no point of returning back just to get a degree.
Hence, for me, it's important to complete degree first then move to corporate sector because it filters your interest and gets you better opportunities to work. The
