Hello,
This answer depends on your choice & interest.
If you can work hard & have patience then you can pursue CA or CS. This is the most common & well-known profession for commerce students. But this course can take more time.
So if you are not interested in CA or CS, then you can simply go for B.Com - M.Com or BCA etc.
These are also good career options with great opportunities.
You can also become a lecturer or research fellow after completing M.Com. For that, you have to prepare for UGC NET exam.

Yes, there is nothing to worry about pursuing a commerce related degree course after completing 11th & 12th with arts background. You will obviously feel uneasy in the beginning but I would suggest you to never look back. This way, you will start liking commerce the way you start liking arts after 10th.

You should go for MA in English or MA in sociology for the same. But, I will suggest you for MA sociology as it will offer you a lot of options as compared to MA in English.

As per your query, you can think of the field related to commerce.
B.Com in financial management
BBA finance, international business and marketing
CA/CS
ACCA certification
Economics (Hons)
Actuarial Science (if you had maths with strong foundation)
Other fields are:
Psychology
Law
Mass communication
So choose the field according to your calibre and interest

If you want to build your career in designing the n you can pursue diploma course in designing from NIFT or IIFT. The course duration will be 3 years minimum. There are some courses which are of 1 or 2 year duration also. These courses may be certificate courses.

You can go for CFA, actuarial science or MBA as per your skill set and interest. The money will not be a problem once you master your chosen trade so work diligently.

2. https://www.icsi.edu/
You need coaching classes to crack the entrance, so you can look for online or offline options. You can also check the complete syllabus at their websites.
