If you have mathematics in your class 12th then you are eligible for BBS (in DU and it's BBS, not BBA) in Delhi university. To pursue engineering in any field, a a student needs to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% throughout in 12th standard board examination. Since, you don't qualify this eligibility criteria, so you are not eligible for engineering.

Both are very good in terms of cirriculum and knowledge offered.
In both, you will start studying from the basics which are taught in class 12th.
You can also do MBA after B.Com.
BBA+MBA is an another option.
