India is a very good place to do B.Com (Hons.) You may try to get admission in colleges such as SRCC, St Stephen's-Delhi University etc. Campus placement records of these colleges for B.Com (Hons.) graduates is excellent. You are advised to evaluate doing PG abroad if you can afford it.

There are good chances that you can get admission in Islamia College of Science and Commerce. 69 percentile is a good score to carry for the same college. However, you also have many different colleges to study.

As you said you are interested in practical subjects then you must go for CA course as it will give you a great exposure for your interest towards practical subjects. Moreover, if you want to get expertise in finance then you pursue MBA in finance or CFA. Doing CFA with CA is a deadly combination an

You have plethora of options with these subjects. B.Sc (all subjects), BBA or you may look for defence services, pilot or law but before that recheck for two things:
1. Why you chose non-medical stream?
