You are not eligible to do BTech unless you have PCM st +2 stage. In order to become an engineer , you can do BCA MCA and become a software engineer.

It's up to you, what your area of interest is and your aim, in which field you want to take your career, etc.
You have number of options to choose:
If you got good percentage, somewhere more than 85% then my suggestion is you should go for regular college in DU and after that MBA through CAT/XAT.
Or
You can go for professional courses such as CA/CS/ICWA along with graduation from correspondence.

Diploma after 11th wont help you much professionally. I would suggest you to complete your 12th first and then apply for B.Arch through JEE or NATA.
