B.Com (Hons) is a three year undergraduate degree program to provide the student with a wide range of skills in area of commerce, finance, accounting and management. It also helps students in preparing for jobs in business enterprises in account and finance function or roles. Some universities allow students to specialize in a particular subject in a final year. Some universities offer B.Com (P) degree course.

Commerce with mathematics will be helpful and will compliment commerce subjects like accounting, valuation and taxation. Even when you go for PG you need to have good command on basics of mathematics to succeed. According to me, mathematics + commerce is better option.

Hello Chirag,
Don't get too fascinated with "ethical hacker" as they show in movies. Hackers mean "thieves". No company would hire a thief to steal other company's data as that could land them in serious legal trouble. Further, hacking requires a deep knowledge of computer programming and the functioning of computer and networks which is covered in engineering syllabus.
What I would rather recommend you is go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.

Bank has the following post:
1. Clerk
2. PO
3. Specialist officer
4. Upper posts
For Clerk, PO and SO, common written exam is conducted. IBPS conducts the exam for these posts in all over India, the eligibility criteria of these exams is Bachelors degree. No percentage criteria is there for the same. Banks conduct their own private exams. The only thing you can do is to start preparing for them and appear in the exam.
