Dear,
From which country you intend to do your graduation? If it is the US, then you need to give SAT and TOFEL tests and get the scores required by the universities you are applying for. If it is the UK and Australia you need only IELTS, same goes for Canada. It also goes without saying that you need the minimum academic scores in your 12th as required by the universities you are applying for. Rest of the admission requirements like the statement of purpose, and letter of reference as required will be available on the University website in the section International Students.
All the best for your future.

You should go for B.V.Sc medical degree course after doing a deep research about this field and the job opportunities available after it in both government and private sector. This is because, you will get no special recognition unless you do engineering from software field or get into government sector after your engineering.

Animation has nothing to do with any of the previous academic records. What you really need for learning animation is basic knowledge of computers. Also, you need to be passionate, artistic and patient.
If you opt for career programme, it starts from basic line drawing to advance animation and visual effects. Practice as much as you can, explore as mush as you can.
All the best.
