You should take admission in bachelor degree either full time or part time. If you want financially independent than you can choose for some part time job or give some tuition to other student and should be prepare for government job but after 12th you will get only clerk level job so should go for higher studies.

Yes you can. bcom F and A is offered by many reputed institutions in india. however since you did not have maths your options for admission will be limited and you may find the course difficult too. you can try private colleges if you are very keen on finance. places like DU will accept you only for bcom regular not honors or finance

Hi Abhinav,
Any college with the affiliation to a recognized university is good to pursue B.Com, in my personal view. It doesn't matter where you study but what matters is how you study.
If you are passionate and dedicated to your career, your will be not be less than someone from world's top institute. But, if you are not, then there will be no worth whether you study it from the world's top institute.

Dear Pulkit,
According to your interest you can think about these fields related to computer:
BCA
B.Sc-IT
B.Sc computer science
BFA animation
But for BCA, you need to check the particular Universities eligibility because most of them require subject like computer science or maths or informatics practice for BCA.
