Brother, CA requires 50 percent to apply for IPCC or else take a long way. Start from CPT. You would required 9 months of article-ship before you go for IPCC in direct entry. So, it would be easier for you to start from beginning CPT.

It's up to your interest. If you are interested in business, you may continue being into commerce stream. Whether you are interested in hotel management or want to become a CA, you should decide first about what your aim is and then discuss it with your parents & take their advise on the matter. Always remember that your parents will give you the best advice. All the best.

IAS exam has nothing to do with your undergraduate stream. It is only the minimum qualification to appear in the examination. You may choose any optional subjects of your choice to appear in main examination while pre examination is same for all. You should visit the website of UPSC and find out the syllabus for civil service exam.
