Hello friend,Yes they take.But no.of commerce background students are very less.They generally take Ca/Cs/Cma pass students.

CS is a 3 level course which involves the entrance test second level is a written examination after that articleship and then the final exam so basically it is a 4 year course minimum

Than these universities Germany is good to study and also cost of living comparing to others

well completely speaking first ask yourself what is easy for you if you have strong basw in science then go for arts but if not then go for science because an arts student can get confused sometime on science topics so accordingly go and take your decision and one more thing commerce is in no way go

On based of your degree in commerce you can apply for a job based on your profile which matches with the role provided by the companies. Else you can g for higher studies in the field you are interested.
