CA and CS are statutory designations which companies have to fulfill. They make a person statutorily capable to understand and handle the requirements of their job. Both the certifications create experts. However, MBA is not a statutory requirement of a company. They are employed as they are specialized professionals of business. It is believed that an MBA from sales will be able to manage sales better, HR specialisation will handle the HR part better.so on and so forth. It completely depends upon your interest as to in which field you want to pursue your career. Wish you luck and God bless you.

dear Aditya ,
it looks you are little bit confused . see first you should understand that what you want to do , in which you are interested don't look others what they are doing . if you wana become a C.A ,c.s ,banking go for commerce . . . if a civil exam, etc go for arts. . . . so on.
these three are like east - west and north . so choose the one where you wish to go.although various courses like management , designing , hospitality etc doses not need any type of subjective graduation.
