You should have a related undergrad degree or diploma with a decent 1st/2nd div (with least backlogs) & an IELTS score of 6.5 bands with no band less than 6. There are multiple intakes & you may apply directly or through a certified reliable agent. Your gap years between this diploma & the last previous education may affect your visa chances if they are more & not effectively used. You may discuss it further with what specific background you are & your intention to study or PR prospects in Canada.
