Since the fields are different, you have to check with the universities, the admission requirements vary accordingly. Your interest and relevant knowledge in CS related work, projects, etc., must be demonstrated.

Dear,
It may be good. But there are are lot of universities and colleges viz. Jaypee, LPU, Galgotia, Anand ICE, which provide excellent infrastructure, good campus placements, calm education environment and etc. But in this sequence I suggest that Anand international college is better than others in comparison of tuition fee and has following aspects:
(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.
(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.
(c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses

B.E in CSE is best.no matter u do B.E or B.Tech there is not much difference between B.E and B.Tech.B.E will be more theoretical and B.Tech will be practical.
