It may be difficult to get a spot in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the prestigious National Institutes of Technology (NITs) with a JEE Main rank of 39136 under NRI (Non-Resident Indian) quota because their cutoffs are usually substantially higher. On the other hand you may have a shot at less popular or recent NITs. For example, NITs such as NIT Puducherry and NIT Sikkim have had better CSE closing ratings in the past. Sorry we don't have any specific data for last collages of any local collages. If you are really intrested in Computer science engineering and want to build a currier or more then 10LPA - 15LPA aapox,
Straight forward:- except NIT & IIT patna there is no other collages in bihar who can even provide you a simple monthly 10 thousand salary job.
So basically Bihar is not a place for studying & building currier
