Yes, there is a good chance of getting admission in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) for B.Tech CSE with 90% in UP Board and 70% in JEE Mains.
CSE is a competitive branch, and JIIT Noida considers JEE mains scores for admission, but there is a difference in cutoffs every year.

Prospective students of the B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering program at Kalyani Government Engineering College (KGEC) need to seek admission through their WBJEE ranks rather than JEE Main. The admission chances through WBJEE at position 3599 as an OBC candidate depend on previous year cut-off pattern data. OBC candidates at KGEC normally need to match the cutoff between 1500 and 2500 for CSE admission. The likelihood of securing CSE admission at Kalyani Government Engineering College is minimal but you could secure a less popular branch. Verify the most current cutoff information to remain certain.

The cut-off marks in M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering in Kolhan University normally rely on the GATE scores of candidates. Typically, the candidates must obtain not less than 50% marks in their B.Tech or equivalent course for eligibility for admission. The actual GATE cut-off marks may differ annually, depending on the number of applicants and the number of seats available. For recent times, the selected candidates have mostly scored around 550-600 on GATE, though the exact numbers may be cross-checked from the university's official communications for the present admission process.
