National Institute of Technology Calicut and Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur are the two prominent colleges for BTech CSE admissions. Both colleges accept JEE Main scores for admission to the BTech and BTech Integrated courses. NIT Calicut cutoff for Round 5 for the CSE specialisation stood at 4742 and 4482 for 2023 and 2024, respectively. Calculus and Linear Algebra are two essential tools for Computer Science that are used in a wide range of disciplines, including Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Graphics.
