The University has not released the Calcutta University CSE average package or branch-wise placement statistics 2023 for BTech. However, as per the combined details available in the NIRF report 2024, a total of 199 students were placed during Calcutta University BTech placements 2023. The median package offered to BTech students was INR 10 LPA. Earlier, 305 BTech students were placed in 2022 and the median package stood at INR 9.20 LPA.

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIIT Pune has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 17279. In 2023, it decreased to 16952. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from
25279 to 7366 for OBC
86880 to 5021 for SC
158729 to 2376 for ST
22133 to 2814 for EWS
325939 to 512 for PWD
This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

IIIT Pune BTech cutoff 2023 for Computer Science Engineering was 7366 for OBC category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Main, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female. IIIT Pune BTech cutoff 2023 is based on JEE Main scores followed by JoSAA Counselling, which has been concluded after Round 6 Seat Allotmnet results.
