I am not really sure that you will get CSE with 92 percentile, but I might be wrong. The criteria changes everytime new admissions, so you will have to wait until the college releases official notice for the same.

To compare New Horizon College of engineering and CMRIT, you can look at various factors such as accreditation, ranking, faculty, curriculum, infrastructure, facilities, placements, fees, etc. Accreditation (both colleges are approved by AICTE), Ranking (both colleges have been ranked among the top engineering colleges in India. Admission to the B.E. programme is based on the scores obtained by the candidates on MHT-CET or JEE Mains & counselling conducted by DTE, Maharashtra. On the other hand, the selection of candidates for M.Tech admission is done based on GATE scores.
