Computer Science and Engineering admission at GITAM University is based on candidates' performance in the KCET entrance exam. As per the KCET cutoff 2024, the last round closing rank for CSE was 64268 for the General AI category students. So, if you belong to the unreserved category, yes, the possibility is there that you will get a call from GITAM University with a rank of 60,000 in the KCET entrance exam. CHARUSAT accepts GUJCET for admission to B.E. courses. GUJCET Round 1 has been released for different categories under the AI and the HS Quota. For General HS category candidates, the Cutoff for CSE was 1832, making it the toughest course.
For the OBC HS Category candidates, the toughest course was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, with the closing Cutoff of 3255.

The qualifying cutoff varies each year. The Cutoff for JEE Main 2023 is 90+ percentile for General Category, 75+ percentile for EWS category, and 51+ for SC Category.
For getting admission, you have to get rank up to AIR 900. Beyond that your chances will get decreased.
