Both JECRC University-Jaipur and Jagannath University-Jaipur offer BTech CSE courses. However, I cannot say which one is better as it depends on various factors such as course curriculum, faculty, facilities, placements, etc. You can compare the two universities based on these factors and choose the one that suits you best.Although in terms of exposer and infrastructure JECRC university is better than JECRC college and faculty is more experienced in JECRC university. Both are the part of JECRC foundation and thus both are good in terms of placements.

The last year 2022, cutoff ranks for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology other than General category were - 1179 for OBC, 652 for SC, 354 for ST, 366 for EWS and 138 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.
