Yes, there are other criteria for students whose domicile is not Haryana. According to the NIT Kurukshetra website, 50% of the seats are reserved for candidates who belong to Haryana state. The remaining 50% seats are filled through the All India Quota (AIQ) which is based on the JEE Main scores.

The latest cutoff information for B.Tech. in CSE (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) at SVSU Meerut. However, according to the official website of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), the eligibility criteria for B.Tech. in CSE (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) is passing 10+2/equivalent with 45% marks (40% in Reserved Category) in Physics & Maths (Mandatory) and any one from the following: Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology / Biology / Chemistry /Informatics Practices / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies / Entrepreneurship.

The minimum rank required for Integrated M.Tech in any branch at VIT Vellore campus is not fixed and varies every year based on the number of applicants and their scores. However, according to a few sources, a rank of around 3471 or 6722 may be required to get an Integrated M.Tech seat in VIT Vellore campus under category 1 in software engineering. The combined marks in all of the topics taken in a +2 (or its equivalent) should be 55 percent in PCM.

However, based on my search, you can get admission for CSE in many top colleges like KLE technology of institute, BNM institute of technology, GITAM institute of technology, jss institute of technology. You will find it difficult to get admission in colleges like RV college of engineering, NIT Mysore, sidhaganga institute of technology, Visweshwara institute of technology. I hope this helps. The latest cutoff information for CSE at SASTRA University. However, I found that SASTRA University offers admission on the basis of class 12th equivalent marks and JEE Main scores. 50% of the total B.Tech admissions will take place on the basis of JEE Main score and the rest 50% on the basis of class 12th marks for SASTRA University B.Tech Admission 2023. Im not sure which Government Arts and Science College you are referring to. However, the average fee for BSc Computer Science course ranges between INR 25,000 - INR 2,00,000 because BSc CS is offered by both government and private colleges. In comparison to private colleges, the BSc Computer Science fee in government colleges is less.
