The cutoff for IIT Trichy differs according to categories and rounds. For the General AI category, the cutoff ranged from 350 to 427 across various M.Tech specialisations. For the OBC category All India quota, the cutoff score for admission fell between 320 to 410. For both these categories, M.Tech in  Computer Science and Engineering proved to be the toughest for admissions, with the qualifying cutoff score being 410 for OBC and 427 for the General AI category candidates. For the General AI quota, the IIT Madras CSE cutoff 2025 stood at 171 in the first round. Till the last round, the cutoff remained the same, indicating all seats got filled after the first round of the JEE Advanced cutoff. For IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay, the CSE cutoff ranks were closed at 126 and 66, respectively, for the same category.
