Having ranked as PwD category 527 in JEE Main, you get a very good opportunity to excel and obtain B.Tech in Computer Science (CS) or Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in best Delhi colleges in home state quota. Closing ranks in institutes such as DTU, NSUT and IIIT Delhi are usually much lower in the PwD category than in the general categories of applicants. To give an example, the earlier PwD centralized home state cutoffs of CSE in the IIIT Delhi were between the range of 1.6-4.5 lakh. To get the maximum opportunity to get admission, you must keenly attend JAC Delhi counseling.

No, You don't need KCET for getting into B.Sc Maths or B.Sc Computer Science in most colleges. As long as you've cleared 12th with Maths as a subject, you're good. Most colleges either give direct admission based on marks or have their own entrance test (rare). Still, double-check with the college you're eyeing, especially private or top-tier ones. But yeah; KCET isn't the gatekeeper here.

Highly unlikely. CSE at VIT Vellore usually closes in the low five? figure to high four? figure ranks, far ahead of 47k. What's practical: CSE (specialisations) / IT / ECE at Chennai, Andhra Pradesh or Bhopal campuses, or core branches at Vellore (still competitive). If you're fixated on CSE at Vellore, watch for paid category upgrades, but fees climb steeply (think well over twenty Lacs rupees total in higher categories). Alternatively, compare SRM, Manipal (via MET), Amrita (AEEE), PES/REVA/Christ (Karnataka) before you decide.
