Having a percentile of 76 in MHT CET will give you admission opportunities in Maharashtra mid-tier engineering colleges to pursue a B.Tech in Computer Science. Though the cutoffs change year-after-year, here are certain colleges you might look into :-

Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), Pune - Lower branches may come into play should the cutoff remain marginally high for CSE.
MIT Academy of Engineering, Pune - Pretty good chances for branches that have Computer Science in them.

In order to pursue MS in Computer Science in Germany, international students must take the IELTS/TOEFL test as proof of English language proficiency. Also, some universities may require GRE/GMAT scores. Hence, students must take these aptitude tests as well.

Some other documents required are:

  • CV/Resume
  • Copy of certificate as well as grades of all lectures in the pre-study
  • Motivation letters [Statement of Purpose (SOP) / What is a Letter of Recommendation (LOR)]
  • Admission essays
  • Proof of German language skills (optional)

This gives a rank of 169470 in the General category, which is unlikely to give a seat in B.Tech Computer Science in any NIT or IIIT. The closing rank for IIITs usually is below 10,000 for Computer Science programs; some of the institutions are IIIT Gwalior, whose cutoff is at around 11,494. So, other engineering colleges or private institutions can be looked into that would accept higher ranks for admissions.
