As you may know that this is a college managed by Jesuits which is Christian society,so you are sure to be in a good environment where people are secular and there is no casteism or any kind of discrimination.
You will also love the campus and library.
As of my experience, this college provides a way better facilities of development of a person in all ways .
But as they say you have to grab the opportunities here.
It will take time for you to understand the rules and disciplines of the college but at the end of the day you would be grateful to it.
Therofore loyala college is best for B.Sc. Computer science.

Yes you can, but you have to maintain 75% attendance in your college also.

There are around 20 government colleges in Bangalore where you can pursue a B.A. In English or B.Sc. In Computer Science. The government colleges where you can apply for a Bachelor of Art English are:
1. Government Arts College, Bangalore

If you are talking about government colleges then go for IITs and NITs and if you are talking about private university which I think so then there are many good private university and colleges for B.Tech Computer Science like BITs (Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad), VIT Vellore, SRM university, LPU Jalandhar, chitkaara university, etc.
