Yes, you can opt for BCA, however I would suggest BE in Computers instead of BCA.

IGNOU offers MCA programme through distance mode. The eligibility criteria and other details are given below.
1. Eligibility criteria: Any Bachelors degree of minimum 3 (three) year duration from a recognised University AND Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level; else the student is required to pursue and pass the BCS-012 course concurrently with IGNOU MCA. If you had studied Maths at +2 or graduation level, then you need not register for BCS-012. Course fee : Rs. 72,000/- for full Programme to be paid Semester wise @Rs. 12000/- per Semester. The eligibility criteria and admission details related to BCA of Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, Pune are given below.
Eligibility criteria : Student passing XII from any stream or equivalent government approved diploma in Engineering/Technology with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)
SELECTION PROCEDURE : Symbiosis Entrance Test Score, Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test (PI-WAT)
So from above you are eligible. If you have completed you Engineering Diploma with minimum 50% of marks.
