BCA in most Canadian universities, you will need the equivalent of 12th grade Canadian math. Since you don't have this, you have a couple of options. You can go to a pathway programme (also called university transfer programme) at a college which will help you enrol in a university after you finish the pathway course as long as you get the required marks. Or you can enrol for an online class 11th and 12th maths course from a Canadian high school. Some universities will also accept SAT academic maths or Andhra Pradesh maths.

BCA without maths, because BCA is something which revolves around the understanding of computer structures and various algorithms and coding, therefore, maths is a compulsory subject for the same (at least for the first year). Rather, many institutes allow you for the admission if you have scored 60% or more in maths, in the 12th standard. But you can go for some other stream or field, like B.Sc. Or B.Com. Vocational/IT, if you're way too interested to have computers as your subject.

Yes, you are eligible for giving the entrance exam but for admission, you have to clear the backlog as soon as possible because it'll act as a barrier for getting admission into MCA.

It all depends on your interest, which one you like the most. If you are good at sketching and graphics designing, then you should do web designing.
