Inter changing courses under the same university or different universities might not be possible. , But you can change between colleges for the same course. But it's a complicated procedure. You would have to get approval from both colleges/ universities. I would suggest you get in touch with your colleges administration.

First of all, a candidate need to score at least 45%-60% in order to be eligible for admission, percentage requirement is different for every university. It'll be beneficial for you if you have studied Maths and computer Science in your class 12th. Some colleges might also provide admission on the basis of personal interview. MCA would be a better option. Admissions in MCA course is given on the basis of all India basis entrance examinations. Many top colleges and universities in India offer admission on the basis of merit list prepared as per the marks scored in the entrance test. Generally, the entrance examination is based on Mathematics and reasoning. There is a different exam pattern of each entrance test. The best universities are: Delhi University, Delhi
Jamia Millia Islamia, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar
The University of Pune, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra
Banaras Hindu University
Anna University.

You are a commerce student (12th) and you have not studied mathematics in 12th but you will study mathematics in graduation if you choose BCA and would be eligible for doing MCA. It is not permissible, only three year MCA programme through valid score is acceptable. Placements have been great here and so is Brand value.
