Yes, you can become a mobile application developer. There's no course which teaches mobile development. You can get yourself into IT courses like B.Tech, BCA and get a good understanding of programming languages and then start learning application development from there.

I would suggest you to do MCA after BCA because in comparison to BCA, you will get more job opportunities after doing MCA and if you have interest in management then you can also do MBA. You will get more opportunities and wide scope after doing MCA in government as well as private sector.
