Both courses are very good for future scope but it totally depends on the student interest which course to pursue if one is interested in business studies than they can go for BBA and if one is interested in computer than they can go for BCA.

You have to wait for your 6th semester result, without your last semester result, you cannot eligible for the Entrance exam for this course.

You can appear for GATE and can get admission in top IITs or NITs to pursue your Masters. Else, you can apply for top private institute entrances like VIT and BITS to pursue Masters which accept GATE score and even has their personal entrance test.

The Canadian universities may consider up to 5 backlogs in your under-graduation but only if you have a minimum score of 70%. Though there are always exceptions, for applicants with 7-8 backlogs, there are some universities that require you to have a minimum of 65% undergraduate score. 10 backlogs is a bit too much for Canadian colleges.
