A BCA graduate is a software programmer armed with the knowledge of scripting as well as programming languages like C, C+, Java, HTML, PHP etc, whereas B.Tech graduate has detailed knowledge of both hardware and software. Tech. Is a four-year undergraduate programme; BCAis a three-year undergraduate programme.

BCA is a three year course, and normally students who want to study a Masters can only take the same route that is study MCA degree. So, if you want to do an M.Tech degree, then it is not possible with a BCA background and you only have an option to do an MCA degree.
