The eligibility criteria of BCA/BSc-IT at Jamia Hamdard University (School of Engineering Sciences & Technology) (SEST):
Eligibility : A candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (12th Standard/ Intermediate) examination with mathematics as one of the passed subjects from CBSE or any other board recognized by Jamia Hamdard as equivalent thereto, securing at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate.

No, in order to pursue BCA or B.Sc in CS you should complete your 12th with PCM as subjects, then only you will be eligible to apply for those courses.
