If you are going for BCA, then you have to study Maths too, because now In BCA maths is also in main subjects.

You must have to complete your 10+2 and then you have to fill up forms in there College online website then the admission should get in merit basis.

Your graduation degree has nothing to do with UPSC, you just need a graduation degree in any course to be eligible for UPSC. So, choose any UG course according to your subjects in class 11th and 12th and prepare well for the UPSC exam.

Yes, There is a big scope of robotics in India and IITs and NITs are major booster of robotics. Also the local government supports the robotic industry by providing funds and investments. But there is no robotics in undergraduate level.
