Hello Manish,
You will get admission in private colleges if you are not from Maharashtra. The government colleges are only for their own students, you need to score atleast 75 percent marks to get a good college.

It depends on whether all the passed students have the ability and skills to work in IT field or not because in software technology field, you can make your career even without certificates but not without skills.

As per current jobs trend, Data Science has a huge demand and scope than Computer Information systems. Most of the CIS graduates are employed in BPO&KPO companies rather than Core field in current market scenario. For Data Science graduate, minimum CTC is 4 Lacs/annum. For CIS, 2.5lakhs/ annum.
All the best for your future.

Yes, biology students can also pursue BCA course. Majority of the universities are willing to provide admission to non-mathematics/non-computer Science students. BCA its all about computers, programming and basic mathematics but you don't have to be a computer geek to start as a BCA student. In BCA you'll have to study a lot of programming languages. Eligibility for BCA in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2. (It may vary with the university you choose).

The concepts of BCA are easier for students having done their 10+2 in Science subjects while for others, BBA is better. Both BBA and BCAare launch pads for graduate level degrees and open the doors for great careers in many industries.
