Your son should write JEE Mains, BITSAT LPU-NEST COMEDK, VITEEE JEE advance, etc. as through these exams, he can get good colleges.

What will be the job opportunities for the students who have 48% in 12th but will score in BCA?

Hi Pooja,
Job opportunities will be less. Although you can appear in government jobs, where there are no restrictions regarding class 12th board marks. Some local private companies may accept this score.

After +2 in Science take entrance tests of various states for engineering courses. Choose robotics branch.

You'll need to do M.Sc or MCA first and then you can apply for MS.

I got a lot of bad reviews on Google for this college, is it true that the syllabus keeps on changing and the teachers don't teach?

That is true with every college, and after you come into one you realise that it's true for all, including a lot of famous ones. But then the area you have taken is something you will get top recourse for free so you can do it on your own and the faculty helps, if you have questions.
