Please mention the college/university name for better assistance-
BCA holders who get the job in IT segments like software Services, Business Process Management (BPM/BPO), engineering services and computer hardware, their salary ranges between 18,000-25,000 INR per month after you complete a short training. If you have joined as a fresh BCA graduate and begin with a monthly payment of say, Rs.15000/- per month, so after completing your MCA degree, your salary gets doubled.

Maximum Duration: 4 Years
Course Fee: Rs. 22,000.

No, you cannot. It's a UG degree programme and you need to have completed 10+2 in order to be eligible for this course.

You have a stark clarity in what you want and I'd like to congratulate you for that. However, to attain such ambitious goals, you need to work really hard. I'd suggest you to rather keep yourself open to more programmes. Design education is flourishing in India and is no longer restricted to certain disciplines.
I would especially recommend the B.Des programme in interdisciplinary design since it provides you with a holistic flavour of design as a concept, rather than just concentrating in one aspect of it. Yes, you can do M.Tech after MCA. But, to get admission in to M.Tech, try to appear for GATE Entrance so that you may get merit scholarship. State universities in various states in India are conducting PG entrance test for PG admissions, where in you also can take test from M.Tech Admission.
