There is no problem if you do BCA from IGNOU. It is one of the best institutions of distance learning. The issues related to the results depend on the center.

The minimum eligibility to apply for the UGC NET exam is a post-graduation degree. As you have completed the Master's degree in IT, then you are definitely eligible to apply for the UGC NET examination. The next UGC NET exam will be conducted in December.

Computer courses are just an add-on to your current skills. The institutes offering specialised courses in computer help you gain an additional skill which will enhance your career scope. But they will not provide placements as such institutes are not full-fledged colleges.
