10+2 Science stream students with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects, who have passed board examination from a recognised board, are eligible to pursue this course. Minimum marks criteria may exist, in case of many Institutes. It may vary between 40-50% marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects. Well B.Tech is much diverse programme, then B.Sc IT. For placement, B.Tech has more prospects. B.Tech is for 4years, B.Sc is for 3 Years. Most important is what is your interest and will you be able to carry forward yourself for the same. You must do it from Lovely Professional University, Symbiosis University, Sharda University etc. Which offers excellent learning atmosphere to its students. Few of these universities provides extensive learning programs and exposure to the students.
